SMC Lunch & Learn: Drug Testing in 2026

Description

With CBD and marijuana products widely available, confusion around DOT drug testing is growing. This session will clarify what is and is not allowed, address common collection and cheating concerns, and reinforce the DER’s role in protecting compliance. While conversations continue at the federal level, DOT requirements remain unchanged, for now — and carriers need to know how to navigate today’s rules with confidence.
